Version 5.4 and also an Apple iPhone version have been released. The Apple iPhone version is available on the Apple App Store. (Search on ‘xsec’ to find it.)
A number of minor problems with the previous version have been fixed including:
- The problem with the ‘Save’ item on the ‘Files’ menu in the Windows version.
- The problem of the focused dialog being obscured by other dialogs in the MacOS version.
Also a generic cross-section example that illustrates the various measurement unit systems appears when the ‘Choose’ button on the ‘Choose a unit system’ dialog is pressed. This is so the new user is not faced with empty list boxes on the main dialog.
