This app computes the dew point from an old fashioned wet and dry bulb thermometer and a barometer. Temperatures are in degrees Fahrenheit and barometric pressure is in inches of mercury.

If no barometer is available a guess of 29.8 inches of mercury will usually give satisfactory results.
